General Manager or Shift Supervisor

A strong restaurant person to oversee our restaurants day to day operations.
Our ideal candidate:
  • Two to four years of restaurant managing experience
  • Strong overall restaurant knowledge with adherence to corporate standards
  • Knowledge in food & labor cost control
  • An understanding of closing procedures including drawer balancing
  • Experience in inventory, vendor and product monitoring
  • A strong ethic in providing and ensuring the best customer service
  • Familiarity in Micros or similar POS systems
  • The ability to train and observe new team members
  • Qualities of professionalism, friendly, energetic and an achiever
  • This management position would have a (5½) day work week and must be able to work weekends.

Lead Cook

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working the line as a sous chef or lead cook and thinks they are ready to move up. Knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine is preferred, and a candidate who can prepare traditional Italian fare with creativity will really stand out. Must have working knowledge of product ordering, food cost and kitchen management. This position is full time working varied lunch and dinner shifts. Wait Staff - Serve guests to provide a great dining experience, must be friendly and fast paced. Prior experience as a server and knowledge of the POS system is required.

Counter Phones - Answer phones, take and process orders using Micros, and greet customers. Must have experience in cash handling, using POS systems and fast paced.

Counter Prep - Prepare salads, panini, slicing meats and grilling. Prior experience in Italian Salumeria or deli preferred.

Bus Person - Assistant to the waitstaff to set and clean tables, prepare bread and water as well as other duties in the course of service. Prior experience is preferred and must be fast paced.

Kitchen Help - Line cooks & prep cooks, prior experience in Italian cuisine is preferred.

Dish Washers/ Porters - Maintain daily cleanliness of restaurant.
